Different kinds
of classes:
Led class- Guided
class throughout the first series. The teacher makes adjustments
on the practitioner’s body (all levels).
Mysore –Each
person practises to the rhythm of their own breathing (according
to the teacher’s adjustments). This class is open to all
levels. It is convenient to know the order of the sequence of
postures.
99% is practice, 1% is

Tips for the practice:
- Wear comfortable clothes.
- Don’t take any solid food two hours
before the class.
- Women should not attend the first day of
their period nor adopt inverted positions during the following
days.
- As this method requires a considerable effort
and total concentration, try to keep silent during the practice
if you want to achieve good results.
